Mandala is a youth-led non-governmental organization founded in 2018 as a result of community unification.

The severity of the punitive drug policy in Georgia has a serious impact on people's lives and health, as well as on their quality of life. It is hard to overcome the challenges that people who use drugs face physically, mentally, financially, or morally.

Mandala unites people with experience in drug use, whose goals are to change the daily lives of people who use drugs through drug policy reform and the development of harm reduction services.

Mandala's aim is to fight for the idea of a Humane drug policy that will allow people who use drugs to live in an equal environment and at the same time reduce the harms related to drug use.
